How Long Are My PT Sessions?

Physiotherapy sessions are approximately 60 and 30 minutes in length for assessment and treatments, respectively.

What Do I Need to Bring to Physical Therapy Session?

For your initial PT assessment, please don’t forget to bring your extended health insurance coverage information.
Please bring comfortable but athletic attire (i.e. t-shirt or tank top, shorts, and running shoes) to every session.
