Nutritional Counselling

What is Nutritional Counselling?

Nutrition counselling offers evidence-based guidance to promote sustainable healthy eating habits to achieve personalized wellness goals.

What can I expect?

At your first appointment, you will have the opportunity to express your health and nutrition related concerns as well as goals to the Dietitian. The Dietitian will then collect and interpret information relevant to your health and nutrition history, and work with you to develop a personalized action plan to attain your goals.

At the follow-ups, the Dietitian will meet with you to assess your progress and revise the action plan to help you continuously reach your health and nutrition goals.
