What is Massage Therapy?
Massage therapy specializes in hands-on manipulation of the soft tissue around the body. This helps reduce muscle tension, joint tension, relax the mind, decrease pain, promote recovery and improve function.
The goal of this therapy is not only to alleviate stress and perform targeted healing but also to improve circulation, contributing to overall wellness and the well-being of your joints and muscles.
