Registered Massage Therapy is a specialized form of massage therapy that focuses on treating specific injuries and illnesses. RMT is also used to improve your overall health.

If you’re near Hagerman’s Corner, your first visit with an RMT for MVA will be a thorough assessment of your condition, pain levels, and any other symptoms you may be experiencing. Your massage therapist will take this time to assess your condition and determine the best RMT treatment for you.
Your subsequent sessions will proceed in the same way as your first session. In each session, your therapist will discuss your current symptoms and how you’re experiencing them. They will also work to identify any new symptoms that may have emerged since your last visit.
Types of treatment under Registered Massage Therapy for MVA:

However, please verify your coverage details, including if a doctor’s referral is required, with your insurance provider as every plan is unique. Registered Massage Therapy may also be covered by your automobile insurance if you have been injured in an automobile accident.

Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) treatments range from $75 to $160 plus HST. Pricing for a session is based on the type of treatment required, the length of treatment, and the location of treatment (i.e. at our clinic, via telehealth, or if in home care is required). Yes, we provide rehabilitation and massage therapy treatments to patients covered through Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Insurance. You can expect exceptional treatment whether you’re covered by a MVA insurance claim, have access to extended health insurance coverage, or if you are paying out of pocket.
No, we do not provide coverage for RMT treatments through the WSIB.
Massage Therapy sessions can be 30, 45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes in length depending on your needs.
For your initial RMT session, please don’t forget to bring your extended health insurance coverage information.
Please bring comfortable but athletic attire (i.e. t-shirt or tank top, shorts and running shoes) to every session.
